Elitech Building Solutions successfully completed a premium glazing installation for Pera Restaurant in Rosebank, Johannesburg. The project included the manufacturing and installation of advanced automatic guillotine glass systems, providing flexible indoor–outdoor functionality and a modern architectural look.
In addition, a fixed tempered glass roof system was installed to enhance natural light while ensuring durability and weather resistance. The upper sections were enclosed with large fixed aluminium profiles, creating a sleek structural finish and maximizing stability.
All glazing elements were designed using sun-control tempered glass, delivering improved comfort, reduced glare, and an elegant contemporary appearance. The result is a stylish, bright, and functional space that perfectly complements the vibrant dining atmosphere of Rosebank.
